First Time Attendee Guide - 2023 OCP Regional Summit

New to the OCP Regional Summit? Here’s what you can expect! 

The OCP Foundation is gearing up for the 2023 OCP Regional Summit. It's been 3 years since we've held an in-person European event, and we are thrilled to see you all in Prague! If you are attending our Regional Summit for the first time, here are some helpful tips for navigating and networking with the Community.

See the schedule at a glance (left) to help you plan for travel. Picking up your badge on Tuesday will help you avoid long lines before the keynotes Wednesday morning.

Dress Code

OCP Summit's don't have a strict dress code. But the typical attendee ranges from “smart casual” to business casual.

 

 

 

Travel

The Regional Summit will be held at the Prague Congress Centre, a beautiful facility, centrally located and easy to get to!

Quick and Easy Registration

Register online here. The earlier you do, the bigger the savings! When you arrive onsite, visit the registration area to pick up your badge and conference materials.
Tip: Stop by registration on Day 0 (April 18) to avoid the lines and be ready to go for keynotes on Wednesday morning! 

Food & Beverage

The OCP Regional Summit provides the following meals for all attendees: coffee, lunch, and Welcome Reception - includes hors d'oeuvres, beer, wine and soft drinks. All meals mentioned are included in your registration fee.

Attendee-Friendly Venue

The Prague Congress Centre is easy to navigate with clear, helpful signage throughout. An event map can be found in your attendee badge as well as the virtual site so you can easily find your way! Should you have any questions, stop by registration or OCP Basecamp, where you can meet the staff and learn more about how to get involved!
