BMQC is Amphenol’s blind-mate quick connector tailored for the OCP Open Rack V3 specification. It provides enhanced tolerance control—about ±5 mm radial misalignment and ±2.7° angular misalignment—to support high-density server manifolds and divisible rack systems.
Built from stainless steel shells and springs, and 100% helium-leak tested, it delivers high reliability. Offers the same sealing material options (EPDM, FKM, FMVQ) and fluid compatibility (deionized water, ethylene/propyleneglycol), though the wet and dry temperature tolerance is more constrained (approx. –5 °C to +60 °C wet, –40 °C to +70 °C dry). Flow coefficient (Cv) ratings and mating cycle durability match mission-critical expectations.
