Danfoss DST P110 Pressure Sensor

Danfoss DST P1xx is a high-accuracy pressure sensor designed for data center liquid cooling applications, including CDUs, rack manifolds, and facility water systems. Built on proven MEMS technology, it delivers reliable pressure monitoring and supports differential pressure assessment using two individual sensors for hydronic balancing and cooling optimization.
The sensor features a hermetically sealed, fully welded media interface with OCP-aligned 304L/316L stainless-steel wetted materials, ensuring compatibility with water-glycol, de-ionized water and future coolants. Its media-isolated MEMS design protects the sensing chip from direct fluid contact, enhancing long-term reliability and minimizing exposure to coolant chemistry.
Designed for mission-critical environments, the DST P110 offers high overload capability, burst pressure up to 300 bar (4300 psi), and excellent shock and vibration resistance. Extensive customization options are available, including pressure ranges, outputs, pressure ports, connectors, and accuracy profiles. An optional cleaned media interface is available for installation close to cold plates and other sensitive coolant loop components.
