The UQD Series are OCP-compliant quick-disconnect liquid cooling connectors designed for high-performance thermal management in data centers, AI platforms, EVs, and energy storage systems. Constructed with rugged stainless steel shells and corrosion-resistant wetted springs, they offer aerospace-grade sealing with bidirectional dry-break valves to prevent leaks and reduce fluid loss.
UQD connectors are available in sizes 02, 04, 06, 08, in both inline and right-angle orientations, with barb or threaded terminations. Seal materials include EPDM, FKM, and FMVQ for compatibility with deionized water, ethylene or propylene glycol. Works across –40 °C to +105 °C, with low leak-rate and long lifecycle for robust coolant handling and fast, secure installation.
