Secure Control Management Plane

SCMP proposes an open architecture for the secure control of datacenter infrastructure. It defines how
a control authority establishes trust in the elements it manages, how it discovers and verifies the
topology and composition of those elements, how it commands and observes them, and how that
relationship is verified and recovered across the lifecycle.
