The 4 Tbps optical I/O solution from Ayar Labs combines a TeraPHY™ electro-optical chiplet and a SuperNova™ remote light source, delivering 8 x256G optical ports and achieving up to 2.048 Tbps full-duplex (4.096 Tbps total) throughput.
The electrical interface of the current generation TeraPHY is compliant with the Advanced Interface Bus (AIB) specification, while the next generation will be UCIe compatible. In addition, our optical interface follows the CW-WDM MSA specification for 8 wavelength optical sources.
