DOWFROST™ LC Heat Transfer Fluid (PG25) is the optimal fluid for efficient heat removal in Datacom Equipment Cooling Systems (DECS). With a customized inhibitor package, DOWFROST™ LC provides superior corrosion protection for liquid cooled, direct-to-chip applications with high surface area copper components. DOWFROST LC is designed to work with a variety of wetted materials (attached picture not comprehensive) and provides the following benefits:
- Contains a specially designed, robust corrosion inhibitor package allowing for exceptional long-term corrosion protection, particularly for copper heat sinks
- Long fluid lifetime, lasting the life of the equipment
- Little to no maintenance or intervention required; inhibitor package is stable and long-lasting
- If adjustments are necessary, inhibitors and boosters are available to extend fluid life
- Pre-diluted to concentrations of 25% and 55%, providing ease of use
- Annual fluid analysis is available for applicable systems at no charge – part of Dow’s Total Life Cycle Support
