COOLWAVE™ DC 25 Heat Transfer Fluid is a high-performance USP-grade propylene glycol-based coolant engineered for next-generation Datacom Equipment Cooling Systems (DECS) and data center liquid cooling supporting AI and high-performance computing (HPC) workloads. The fluid meets or exceeds the corrosion performance requirements of ASTM D8039 and ASTM D8040. COOLWAVE™ DC 25 is designed for high-density Direct-to-Chip (D2C) liquid cooling loops consistent with single-phase cold-plate cooling architectures.
COOLWAVE™ DC 25 provides robust, long-lasting corrosion protection in closed-loop cooling systems containing high copper surface area and mixed-metal components operating at elevated temperatures typical of modern AI and HPC data center environments. Advanced corrosion inhibitor, surfactant, and antifoam technologies support material compatibility, efficient heat transfer, and long-term system reliability. The fluid is fluorescent yellow to enable rapid visual leak detection during commissioning, operation, and maintenance.
COOLWAVE™ DC 25 is compatible with in-rack and centralized Cooling Distribution Units (CDUs).
