The UQDB Series builds on UQD’s base design to include blind-mate technology, offering approximately 1 mm radial self-alignment. This enables tool-free, fast plug-in assembly, especially in tight or confined system layouts. These connectors maintain all the sealing performance of the UQD line, including dry-break valve behavior and OCP compliance.
Available in the same size range (02-08), and with inline or right-angle designs, plus flexible termination styles (threaded or barb). Stocks the same seal material options—EPDM, FKM, FMVQ—and compatible with standard coolants like deionized water, ethylene & propylene glycol. Designed for harsh operating conditions (–40 °C to +105 °C), with minimal fluid loss per disconnect, high mating cycle life, and reliable performance under pressure.
