Open Compute Tech Summit 2025
The summit was co-hosted by the Open Compute Project (OCP) and the Open Compute Technology Committee (OCTC), two world’s major open computing organizations. On the summit, which was centered on the theme “Open Transformation: Foundation, Expansion, Evolution, discussions were conducted around popular topics such as technological innovation of the computing architecture in next-generation AIDC (GW-Scale), open standards, energy saving and carbon reduction, and collaborative supply for large-scale deployments.
- The summit consisted of 1 keynote speech, 5 themed sub forums, and 3 in-depth discussions, where big names from the industry communicated in depth on topics such as super nodes, high-speed interconnection, upgrades across the entire industry chain, and efficient liquid cooling.
- Community leaders, technical experts, and industry experts from OCP, OCTC, SPEC, OpenAnolis, Tsinghua University, Alibaba Cloud, ByteDance, Baidu, China Mobile, Xiaohongshu, NVIDIA, and others participated in the summit, giving 50+ excellent reports.
- In all, 22 exhibitors presented more than 80 innovative results and best practices in open computing in the exhibition space covering 1,500m2.
- The summit attracted 2,004 participants (last year is 1523) offline and over 100,000 online viewers.
- Up to 33 authoritative media, including BRTV, People’s Daily, China News Service, and Science and Technology Daily, reported the summit. As of August 12, there were over 200 reports published, with a total readership/views exceeding 2.67 million.
