Women in OCP

Women in OCP is an Open Compute Project community group that welcomes everyone to connect with colleagues and hear from women in the industry. It aims to create a tech industry environment where women are equally represented, lead in innovation and sustainability, and foster a diverse and inclusive ecosystem. It focuses on two areas: leadership, promoting gender diversity in OCP leadership roles and pathways for women into them; and building a supportive community, with platforms for women to share experiences, resources, and opportunities and to raise the visibility of women leaders and role models.

Book Club

The Women in OCP (WOCP) Book Club offers women in technology, and supporters of a diverse and inclusive industry ecosystem, a chance to meet and discuss books that support career advancement, enhance leadership skills, and cover other relevant topics. Book titles are selected by the WOCP Community, and a Community volunteer leads the discussion of one book each quarter. Current and upcoming selections are listed on the page.
