The MultiLane Pulsar is a highly-compact 4-channel TDR, designed to overcome the challenges posed by traditional VNA testing in production. Built to address the need for a high-throughput, repeatable, and cost-efficient solution for system and host production testing, Pulsar provides critical SI insights with the detection of impedance mismatches and discontinuities along with skew and refection measurements.
Pulsar is one of the fastest host port and passive interconnect testers in the industry, with a 12 ps rise time at 112Gbps/lane, a 7 ps rise time at 224Gbps/lane, and the ability to test up to 16 ports at once. Pulsar connects to host system ports using a low-cost, easily-replaceable OSFP or QSFP-DD cable respectively, minimizing testing downtime and enabling direct access to the DUT path.
