Introducing an innovative 200Gb/s transceiver module tailored for efficient 2km optical communication applications. This meticulously designed product adheres to the rigorous IEEE802.3bs 200GBASE-FR4 standard. The module exhibits its prowess by converting 4 input channels (ch) of 50Gb/s (PAM4) electrical data into 4 CWDM optical signals, seamlessly multiplexing them into a single channel for flawless 200Gb/s (PAM4) optical transmission. On the receiver side, the module masterfully performs optical de-multiplexing, converting a 200Gb/s (PAM4) input into 4 CWDM channel signals, resulting in 4-channel output electrical data.
These 4 CWDM channels boast central wavelengths at 1271, 1291, 1311, and 1331 nm, aligned with the well-defined CWDM wavelength grid specified in ITU-T G.694.2. The module is thoughtfully equipped with a duplex LC connector for the optical interface and a 38-pin connector for the electrical interface. In order to minimize optical dispersion in long-haul systems, single-mode fiber (SMF) is an essential component integrated into this module. For supporting up to 2km fiber transmission, Host FEC (Forward Error Correction) comes as a prerequisite feature.
Designed with utmost precision, this product complies with the form factor, optical/electrical connection, and digital diagnostic interface prescribed by the esteemed QSFP56 Multi-Source Agreement (MSA). Its robust construction ensures reliable performance even in the face of the harshest external operating conditions, including temperature fluctuations, humidity, and EMI interference.
