Next-Generation Chiplet-Based AI Platform on 2nm Technology
In collaboration with ADTechnology, Samsung Foundry, Arm and Rebellions, a next-generation AI platform is under development, leveraging Chiplet architecture and advanced 2nm process technology.
The platform is based on Arm Neoverse Compute Subsystems (V3) and fabricated using Samsung Foundry’s 2nm node. It integrates Arm IP with the Rebellions REBEL AI accelerator, enabling a heterogeneous architecture optimized for cloud, high-performance computing (HPC), and AI/ML training and inference workloads.
