How Do Members Receive Keys

The point of contact for each member in good standing will receive an email asking who gets the keys for that organization. When the voting phase starts those individuals identified by the member organization will be sent an email with voting instructions and a link to the ballot. Individuals can be added at anytime while the voting phase and poll is open.

Voting in the IC Election

Currently there are seven (7) IC seats. A poll will be created for each seat that has more than one person running for that seat. The individuals who have been identified to vote on behalf of the member organization will be sent an email for each seat needing a vote.
