Running on OCP: Episode 6 - /e/ and Nexedi

In this week’s episode of Running on OCP, we discuss privacy vs security and the impact open source communities have on the transparency of information with two entrepreneurs and champions of open source. Gaël Duval, founder of /e/, an open-source mobile operating system and part of the /e/ Foundation, has an amazing background in open source and provides keen insight into how open source will drive data transparency.  Joining Gaël is Jean-Paul Smets, the CEO and founder of Nexedi, an OCP Community member focused on delivering open source hardware and open source software in a low-cost, high performance ethical cloud environment.

Gaël Duval - 20+ years in IT entrepreneurship with a preeminent background in software development, innovation, global projects, open source strategies, and community management.
