The OCP Foundation Board

Each OCP Foundation Board member receives 1 voting key each. This key is separate from the Organization keys and is not included in the organization count.

OCP Silver Corporate Level Members

Each OCP Silver Corporate Level Member will receive 1 voting key. This means 1 person from a Silver level member organization can vote.

OCP Gold Corporate Level Members

Each OCP Gold Corporate Level Member will receive 2 voting keys. This means 2 people from a Gold level member organization can vote.

OCP Level Members

Each OCP Platinum Corporate Level Member will receive 3 voting keys. This means 3 people from a Platinum level member organization can vote.

How Do Members Receive Keys

The point of contact for each member in good standing will receive an email asking who gets the keys for that organization. When the voting phase starts those individuals identified by the member organization will be sent an email with voting instructions and a link to the ballot. Individuals can be added at anytime while the voting phase and poll is open.

Voting in the IC Election

Currently there are eleven (11) IC seats. The Chair and Vice-Chair are appointed by the Board and are not elected positions. A poll will be created for each seat that has more than one person running for that seat. The individuals who have been identified to vote on behalf of the member organization will be sent an email for each seat needing a vote.
